NIRON 355mm (14”) preinsulated pipe with polyethylene jacket installed in IPG plant in Oxford, MA. The pictures show the pipe sections getting moved around with equipment and the pipe being welded to be then laid in the trench. After testing the NIRON pipe, they will clam shell insulate the joint area and then protect with a heat shrink sleeve. The big project was about $400,000 worth of NIRON pipes and fittings. This specific project which involved more than six figures of pipe is just for the outside of the much bigger building IPG are building in Oxford, MA. IPG have also just purchased a new site in New Hampshire.
